ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday, 10am – 6pm Atlantic Standard Time. Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays shall be processed the following day. Orders shall be ready for pickup/delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Michael’s & Jody’s Ltd Standard Delivery (2-5 Days) – $35.00TTD
Shipping addresses within San Fernando shall be delivered by a driver of Michael's & Jody's, outside of San Fernando shall be delivered via a local courier Service.
An email notification shall be sent to you indicating when the delivery label for your package has been created. If you have any additional questions or problems please contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will be happy to help you! At the moment, we do not offer delivery to Tobago.
RETURNS
We, at Michael’s & Jody’s Ltd, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our returns policy below.
- All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, original packaging and original receipt. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on accessories, undergarments and fragrances. A 20% Restocking fee will be applied to all late returns after fourteen (14) days.
- If you have an item for exchange, please email Customer Service at: [email protected]. Please be sure to include your Order Number, Name, and your reason for exchange in this email. The Order Number can be found on your emailed order confirmation. Michael's & Jody's will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If we do not acknowledge receipt of you email within the stipulated time, contact us via Whatsapp or call 275-9698. Once the request for an exchange as been approved, you can then proceed to choose the item to replace the exchanged item.
- If you have an item for return, please email Customer Service at: [email protected]. Please be sure to include your Order Number, Name, and your reason for return in this email. The Order Number can be found on your emailed order confirmation. Michael's & Jody's will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If we do not acknowledge receipt of you email within the stipulated time, contact us via Whatsapp or call 275-9698
- If the incorrect item was shipped or has a manufacturer's defect, Michael's and Jody's will be responsible for the delivery fees. Customer Service will contact you to arrange pick up/exchange in these circumstances. You also have the option to visit the store and have the item exchanged.
- Michael’s & Jody’s Ltd cannot complete the request for a refund until the product has been returned to us. Once we receive your returned item, you will receive credit back via the original payment method used during the order checkout process. Please allow up to 3 days for us to process your refund from the time we receive the returned product. We will send a confirmation email when we have processed your return.
- Fails delivery attempts: If for any reason, a attempt was made to delivered a package to you and was returned to us, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you for a revised delivery address. If we cannot reach you, we will refund you the cost of the items (excluding the initial cost of shipping, and any associated fees we assessed to have the items returned to us). If we do receive a revised shipping address from you, we will then reship to the revised address after receiving payment for the additional cost of reshipping.
